We have an unsurpassed ability to make "specials." Our range is up to 12 inches ID and 16 inches OD with tolerances to .0005 inch. Cp/Cpk values on critical characteristics if required. Special finishes are also available such as anodizing on aluminum and yellow zinc plating. We also provide timely quotations with guaranteed delivery dates on "specials."

What is your quality guarantee?

For any collar that is unsatisfactory, we replace the part free of charge or accept it back with no questions asked. Climax is proud to have achieved ISO 9002 certification in 1995 which we upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 on September 12, 2003. Since then, we have continued to maintain the rigorous standards of ISO certification.

What is your delivery guarantee?

On time delivery is our goal. Catalog parts are usually shipped within three days of order receipt or on a mutually agreed to ship date, or on the same day, if requested. "Specials" are shipped on the agreed to ship date.

What kind of fasteners do you use?

We use hex socket cup point set screws in our set screw collars and set screw couplings. Knurled point set screws can also be supplied. Hex socket cap screws are used in all clamping collars and clamping couplings. Steel screws are supplied with steel and aluminum collars and couplings. Stainless steel screws are supplied with stainless steel collars and couplings. What is your warranty?

It is the full responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of products for a specific application. We can only guide users as to styles, options, and dimensions of our products for identification purposes and verify prices and availability. No person, including employees of Climax Metal Products Company or its agents in its channels of distribution, is authorized to represent on Climax Metal Products Company's behalf, the suitability of Climax's product for a specific purpose.
